35-40 degrees Celsius, so come to class well-hydrated and ready to sweat! Each class will have a different series of exercises, so your body will be challenged,
stretched, and strengthened differently each time you come. You'll never get bored of this workout! Click here to learn more about the health benefits of Infrared Heat.
