PILATES CLASSES

Evolution Studios offers Langley Pilates classes that will challenge your body and mind. Our progressive programs start you off with the basics and increase in intensity each week so you are constantly challenged and motivated. Our Langley Pilates classes will help you gain core strength and flatter abdominals, stand taller, and gain lean, toned muscles. No matter what your fitness level, anyone can benefit from Pilates exercises.

Pilates Reformer Classes

Using the versatile Pilates Reformer machine, this progressive, 16-week program will build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance, coordination, and posture. There are hundreds of different exercises for the reformer – you will never get bored and always stay challenged! Space in these classes is limited, so be sure to reserve your space early.

Pre-Requisite: Reformer Prep or Personal Training
Class Format: 16 Week Pre-registered series
Length: 1 hour

Pilates Mat Classes

Challenge your body and mind with Pilates Mat classes. Using just you, a mat, and some small props (such as exercise balls or resistance bands) you will build core strength and improve your posture so you can stand tall and strong. Classes have a maximum of 6 people, so you must reserve your space up to 7 days in advance.

Pre-Requisite: Completion of Intro to Pilates or Personal Training
Class Format: Weekly Reservation
Length: 1 hour

Pilates Personal Training

These one-hour Personal Training sessions will work with the complete repertoire of Pilates equipment to create a workout perfectly tailored to meet your needs and goals. Personal training is also great if you are looking to rehabilitate from injuries or chronic medical conditions, or are looking for sport-specific training.

Pre-Requisite: NONE (Consultation Recommended)
